Milne published a series of stories – first told to his son Christopher Robin – about a bear called Winnie-the-Pooh. Since then, the lovable bear has occupied a special place in the hearts of readers and listeners all over the world. The characters Milne created – Winnie-the-Pooh, Piglet, Rabbit, Eeyore, Owl, Kanga, Roo and Tigger – have become a part of countless childhoods, and are equally loved by adults.
